A fond farewell… Kevin Ward

We say goodbye to Kevin Ward, our Kitchen manager today.  Kevin started with us only 2 months after we started at the Harry and Rose Samson JCC.  Over his tenure he has brought lots of ways to help us streamline, increase our quality, offerings and more. Valuable improvements have been made to our production and services, thanks to his expertise.  

Running a full time kitchen and staff was new to me when we moved into the JCC.  The biggest thing I have tried to keep up is that we care about our staff and making sure that we work as a team and enjoy doing what we love.  As we continue on this journey I watch as my team bonds and truly become friends over their workdays.  

As Kevin moves on to his next opportunity we will be cheering him on.
